We hope you are happy with your product, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Returns are not a problem at Smithers, as long as you follow our terms.
REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY 'UK ONLY'
If you wish to cancel your order once its been placed and require a refund, this is ok up to 24 hrs after ordering with us. After this time has passed your item will be processing.
